Content Writing Success Doesn’t Happen Overnight

This is the first year I have actual deadlines from my clients.

Most of my clients don’t give me a deadline but to have it in in the same month.

But this year, there are actual hard deadlines!

And well, if clients give me a hard deadline, I always try to shoot for my soft deadline that’s about 3–4 days prior to the hard one.

Needless to say, I’m finding the structure healthy and doable this fall.

There is No ONE Way Fits All

talk about how there isn’t a single way to be successful as a freelance writer.

I’ve seen writers make a living on using ONLY Upwork while others swear by cold pitching.

Me?

I’m all for lead generation tactics where clients FIND me and this has proved highly successful for me and for my Writeto1k students.

I know it wasn’t just luck that these clients found their way to me.

I’ve been working hard to build my brand and get my name out there for years.

It takes time and effort, but it’s worth it.
